Destination Wattens and Land Tyrol cooperate on many levels. One example is the project “Bilingual Education - English from Small to Big,” which is a subsidised programme. Also Werkstätte Wattens benefits from the fruitful partnership. Additional instances include equipment for the Co-Working Space and Fablab or an initiative to help start-ups and partners to rent working spaces. As part of this programme, businesses receive funds (3 euros per m²) to pay rent for a period of no longer than four years.
Standortagentur Tyrol is an important partner of the Werkstaette Wattens initiative, providing guidance in programme conception for the development and acceleration of new business models. The format “Camp Zwei” was developed as part of this programme along with Standortagentur, CAST and I.E.C.T.
CAST is also an important partner of the Werkstätte Wattens initiative. It too provides guidance in programme conception for the development and acceleration of new business models. Along with collaborative partners, Standortagentur and I.E.C.T., it also played an essential role in execution of the “Camp Zwei” project.
I.E.C.T. – Hermann Hauser
The I.E.C.T. – Hermann Hauser promotes the continual development of the Tyrolean start-up ecosystem. In addition to supporting the Alpbach Summer School on Entrepreneurship, I.E.C.T co-developed the format “Camp Zwei” along with Standortagentur Tyrol and CAST in the Werkstätte Wattens.
A collaborative partner since June of 2016, Schumbeta is a club for innovative designers and pioneers. As part of a forum hosted by Werkstätte Wattens on the topic of “City – Countryside – Flow,” participants reflected on the regional area and how to create added value.
